Thank you for such a thoughtful comment! Yes, we're in essence spirits embodied to have this experience and there are indeed practices that elevate that experience as well as practices that lessen it. I've talked about the dark side of spirituality before I will talk more about later, because there's no avoiding it in my country. I find that it's important at least to know what those rituals are and why they're done, so as to better deal with people who engage in them.
