Intermittent fasting, meditation, even music and for me festivals works like meditation, all helps to eventually accept whatever is not in our control and focus on the things that we can influence and control. For the acceptance part: the learning process to become better at it took quite a bit of time for me. But when one wants something, one shall persevere. Am still learning 🙃

Always try to see the positivess in everything, including all the things that feels negative. I know, not easy, but it is worth it to try.
