I can't imagine myself living anywhere else. And even if I wanted to buy another house I could not afford it unless Hive would go outside of solar system. or/and I would move to a place like Cuba No idea how much houses cost there but I imagine that it is far less than here in Lithuania.
but even if 1 Hive would be worth something ridiculous like 50-100 dollars I would be more likely to buy a yacht than another house.
Yacht is a really big money pit... But I guess it is a lot of fun.
