I read on facebook some time ago that some ministry of Lithuania had a party that costed around 50(?)k eur. Because apparently salaries is not big enough motivation for some people.

It is coming up to Christmas party time here and I know of companies that fly 1000 people from around the world to one location, cover accommodation, drinks and the party stuff for several days, plus the loss of work....
