Automation doesn't have to be the best to replace humans, just better than the average.
I think that automation could even be way below average and still be better than certain presidents...In fact in some cases a donkey or a panda could be a better president as well.
All the presidents in the world can be replaced by donkeys, and we'd probably have more peace.
