RE: Comment (no) vote

Clearly commenting isn't useless, although I see a lot of people extending comment threads with a single emoji back and forth multiple times which I see as a waste of time mostly, lacking in value and a bit immature.

Fucken boludo's huh? Budo's everywhere!

There's non-boludo's as well though and it's those people I like to spend time with.

Yes, there are good ‘boluda’ people, there are those too and they are called ‘boludo’ but in a friendly way. For example, hey, what are you doing boludo?

Now I'm confused but it sounds like some words we use here that could be used to indicate good and bad depending on the situation. One such word is the word that starts with 'C' and ends with 'T' with UN in the middle...Rhymes with 'hunt.'

Exactly the same word, depending on the tone of voice and the intensity with which it is said, it is friendly or not. At the beginning it was always an offence but today I use it even in my house, it is part of the Argentine dialect.

Here in Spain we also use that word!

Ah ok, I think I know all I need to know for my travels to Argentina now, that word alone sets me up perfectly.

You meet a friend and you tell him... in Argentinian: ‘Che que haces boludo? and you hug him.
