Society changes and so people need to change with it.
No one has bars on the windows here, well maybe someone does, but I've note seen one for years. But, with a rising crime rate some effort needs to made. It annoys me when people say, *I live in a safe area because that's bullshit. Bad things happen in good and bad suburbs.
Financial pressures make people do things they may not normally do and those doing petty things accelerate...so I work on the premise, "carry a big stick and know how to use it."
