Home made is the way, sourdough starter and rye whole wheat flour, togheter with poppy, pumpkin and flax seeds, helps reduce impact of carbs... I dunno if there are low carbs preparations there though, like 5gr carbs per 100gr, here you can find them in some shops

We have low carb flours which I use for my pizza dough and I always make sure to use the best toppings...makes for a tasty pizza.

The best pizza I had ever was in Firenze man, so bloody good!

That's good so you can have on sometimes, maybe even this evening, I reckon some temptation has come now!

Hmm Firenze, interesting... The best I had is in a local around here and one other in Treviso, the worse in Venezia... but there are 2 styles: the classic pizza and Napoli pizza with very big crust and buffalo mozzarella instead of cow one

I like all pizza, but for sure I prefer the traditional/classic ones. I had a great pasta in Venezia, but probably the best I had was in Bellagio. So good...although possibly it was the stunning setting in which I ate that pasta and the company I was with that made it so memorable.

I also prefer the classic one... Oh tell me you had pasta with clams in Venezia!... Bellagio, I've never been there, they say it's a gem

Next time in Venezia you absolutely must eat soft shell crabs fried, one of the best dish ever

Yeah, those little clam things, I can't remember what you call it, maybe pasta vongole? So good.

Lago di Como is amazing and we had an awesome time there wandering about and eating. Went on a float plane over the lake too, the Alps and all. Amazing. Food was bloody excellent.

You have good memory, that's exactly pasta alle vongole, very typical here

Lake + Alps is a great combo for sure! But the plane sounds like the cherry on the cake
