I smoked a pack a day for 12 years, but I've been off them for 13 now.
Way too much couch time and no cardio since the 90's, general aches and pains as 50 approaches. On the other hand I dodged those MRNA shots, so any heart damage is the old fashioned, burger and beer related sort.
Overall physical health I'm going to say 6, up from 5 at the start of the year.

Yeah, smoking doesn't do much for the health other than help it decline, good that you quit. A 6 up from 5 in a year is a good gain I think.
