The perception of reality is tricky, and you can always switch to a different perception if you know how. I usually need to do it in the opposite way, to breathe rapidly and change my mindset in order to push myself, as I am quite chill by my nature.
Chill by nature isn't a bad thing, until there are things that have to be done. Wouldn't it be nice just to flick emotional switches when needed and wanted? Well, sometimes.
