Excellent reflection! I read this educational reality and it is very similar to ours in Cuba. There is a tendency to excessive use of cell phones in children of different ages, something that is often uncontrolled.
Developing the educational process at school, where the interaction with new technologies is taken into account, is a complex issue and teachers in many cases do not know how to deal with it.
On the other hand, many families are more concerned with entertaining their children than developing actions to educate them.
