Isn't it amazing how hanging out with an interesting mix of friends can make you evaluate your life and who you are? I agree — navigating change is one of the most important things we can do in life. We are all changing all the time, whether we realize it or not.
I really love that video you shared. Holy cow. There's so much emotion and trauma packed into the storytelling of that video. I've always loved that song, but had never seen the video until now.
The people we choose not to associate with are just as important as those we choose to associate with as it's negative and toxic people that can unravel a person as effectively as productive, positive and valid people can uplift.
It's a powerful song that deserved powerful imagery in the video; I think they got it right.
