I think it's true when we say "no let money finish for your hand" even my own immediate family treated me like trash because I was broke and always needed help. Irrespective of whether people will help or not, it's best to not depend on anyone

Absolutely, it is when you are useful that people recon with you that is why I don’t blame people when they really pick who they are friend with and who become their family not necessarily by their blood relation.
The people who has helped me in life are complete strangers. That's the irony
