In the image below you can see my author rewards and curation rewards. If you add them together that's what I've "earned" on the blockchain. The rest of my Hive has been earned by trading on exchanges and powered up. So, the majority has been earned on the blockchain.

If I do a power down (which is rare) its to get some tokens to trade. I take them away, trade and increase the amount and then power it all back up.

Wow this is actually amazing. You have actually motivated to do more with your curation reward. I was actually shocked.

I get the impression people think I bought my stake and powered up which is clearly not the case; I've worked very hard to earn it as per my last comment.

It's for this reason I suggest people power up to earn more and keep the cycle of posting, curating, earning, powering up going. Of course, there's limits. I see spammers posting hourly which is clearly vote farming and always low quality content but done right it works; I know that because I've done it.

Honestly i wouldn't lie it is actually very easy for someone to see your hive power and assume you probably bought them considering the amount you have. Do you find fault with posting twice per day??

I think 9-10 times a week is a good operational tempo, that way a person has time to make the posts quality and have time to make and reply to comments effectively. I think it's also important to have good interesting content. I see so many people talking about things they clearly have no idea about; they're simply paraphrasing information they found on the internet. It's shit.

Writing about what your interested in is a good plan though, as is responding to designated prompts.

I actually understand your point. I as well don't comment on other people's post that much which is something i would be working on from now on because i believe it would grow my account as well as all the advice you have given to me. I do try my best in writing some of my posts but then i guess i still need to put mote effort into writing them.
