Sorry I wasn't allow to answer earlier because I started this account from scratch and I'm still hitting RC walls... I deeply appreciate this exchange, as it has pushed me to reflect further. You are right by insisting that we are living in the highest uncertainty and it would be foolish to aim for a 'security' that cannot be guaranteed. Yet I realized I my point wanted to point at something else; our need for sacredness. I believe this is what makes our doom; we stopped honoring the sacred and having the sacred as a pillar in our ways of living. Thus our communities shall be united around something we respect, care about, defend and protect. The sacred has slowly disappeared and has taken away much of the meaning; the denial of the sacredness of children, of a home, of nature, of life, of time even, all these have brought us to live in a scattered way kind of purposeless and restless... Thanks for this exchange, I might develop this further in a post as I'm not sure I was able to express myself correctly here 🌞🙏🏽
