How effective are these stress-sensing tools? I honestly don't know about that though. However, we feel stress for various reasons, but when we write or think about something, this stress usually comes.

Not sure how accurate they are, but they are tracking physiological conditions only. Writing for me used to be my "zone" but it isn't anymore.
