Oh, that happened to me, too, several times when I ordered my favorite caramel macchiato at different coffee shops. Deep inside me, I got disappointed when the staff /barista gave incorrectly. But I need to forgive because we're just humans, we commit mistakes. Kudos to you as well for your kind understanding to the lady! 😇

Yeah, it's hard when we don't get what we ordered. If there's not a long wait I will ask them to re-make it, but if it's busy I try not to delay other people.
