Growth is inevitable, you either grow positively or negatively. We human beings were not made to be stagnant in a single position.
To observe through time is to witness our own evolution by reflecting on our growth, changes and awareness. Time never lies because it has no limit or ending; it is always a beginning to a new version. It is left to us to sit down and reflect on our past mistakes to avoid these new changes or evolution. Each time I get to sit down and reflect on or serve so many things I have done in the past, I see a change in personality because I create awareness and accept my mistakes and corrections.
Failure to accept your past mistakes means that they may repeat themselves and can even become far worse than the previous regret because time waits for no one. When I sit down to remember the mistakes I made in my University days and also my NYSC days, he connections I failed to have and where these connections are now, the lifestyle all these people are living now.
We need to accept ourselves that we are not perfect and always set to reflect on a lot of mistakes and proceed to getting ourselves in a better shape and make the right corrections. Failure can lead to our mistakes getting worse than the present one. I always accept that I am not perfect, and my nature is like that. Life is easy when we understand our limits and potential.
I am a very silent Observer of time. I accept my mistakes and work towards amending them and making every necessary correction towards those mistakes. The world around us doesn't always change, but our response and interpretation to it do. Sometimes, the only time people get to observe time is through their age or Birthdays, that is the only time they sit to reflect on a lot of things, which is wrong. We need to wake up every day and often talk about these things and how they can change our ways.
There is one characteristic I love about Hive, which is that we get to sit down, write, and reflect a lot about our thoughts. This is also a characteristic of time and growth. Huge is not just about writing topic and READING, it's about seeing and understanding different people's views without even talking to them about how they respond or react to things around us.
After reflecting on time, we shouldn't let that same pattern of mistakes repeat itself around us again. Time does not take away; it transforms. It gives us opportunities to adjust and make changes to our mistakes. Looking back to reflect and observe through times and past mistakes, is not a sign of weakness but a sign of wisdom and a step to growth and becoming a better version of ourselves, but shaping our perspective and beliefs toward things around us.
