It is normal to feel obfuscated, (you could say discontented), disconnected or perhaps tired of everyday situations that sometimes we do not see the quick solution, or the one we would like... it is normal to feel this way sometimes. You felt the need to go for a walk, to breathe, to reconnect and you did it. Here you are, draining, after a walk alone with yourself and nature. That's the first big step to start seeing everything clearly.
Sometimes we all get so caught up in our day to day lives, the good parts and problems as well, that we have difficulty standing back and seeing it objectively, although I think it's important to do that from time to to; find perspective. There's probably many ways to do it but I like walking, being in nature, my garden and sitting quietly with my cat as those things still my mind and that helps me see more clearly.
