I stopped over here to continue my reply about the vote values without getting cut short by the Snaps character limit.
Basically, your vote value is mostly based on your Hive Power, and your voting power. Your voting power goes down a bit with each vote you make, and recharges over time.
So, if you're just voting everything with 100% of your voting power, the value of your votes will go down a little bit each time as your voting power is decreasing. This is probably why you saw the value decrease from .001 to .000. If you take a break and give your voting power time to recharge, it should go back up to .001.
