Unlearning. I don't know if that term is understood, but from my point of view, we have to rid ourselves of all our beliefs, since they were instilled in us by other people. And then, starting from there, we have to form our own concepts and start over. It may not be easy, but it is necessary.

Exactly, and once we unlearn, we learn things that are not fulfilling as a person and that are useful for our lives.
