We don't have it over here either. I remember the period of time where they basically tried to force it in with a 3 year "trial" period probably hoping that everyone would "get used to it" and then vote yes to make it permanent because they're used to it and people don't like change but what happened was when the referendum happened at the end of the "trial" period the balance shifted from having been only slightly more people opposed (which from distant memory was what it was from the last time there was a referendum about it) to a lot more people being opposed.

Yeah, two and a half hour gap to your time and mine now, makes doing business with WA a little problematic. Good on you sandgropers for voting against it though.
