RE: A Medication Retreat

in Reflections14 hours ago (edited)

It is just getting worse and worse and all we do as a society is patch the new problems kids face, with medication or psycological therapy. I would encourage every school to have at least one week off school activity per quarter, with no screens, doing physical activities, having conversations and socializing as it was done on the past. Maybe some of those kids would realize the good things "regular non screen" activities can bring them and start engaging in some of them afterwards.

And create new problems in the process.

I reckon this is a good idea. A quarterly "retreat" to learn life skills.
