Yes, indeed. The anonimity creates a perfect enviroment for the ill of heart, for they may get the tricky egotistic pleasures without paying the consecuences. But, malpractices when it comes to business are also very common in real life. Most business owners wish only to bled their business dry for their own sake, in the process they also bled out their employees.
I get that to be part of a better enviroment business you should first go throught the shitty ones, like being a little business requires to also have patience and take the hit with unexperienced workers, but I feel there's something amiss. At some point of the way we have made narcicistic behaviour normal and part of the process. Sadly, with the mental health epidemic which governments doesn't seem aware of will spread it even further. To this my only answer is to build myself in the a way that this petty behaviour doesn't get to me even if it affects me in the real world, and spread awareness.
