There’s something incredibly powerful about someone who’s been through so much pain, not using it as a crutch, but as a lens. So often we talk about it like it’s some checkbox trait, but real resilience is raw, messy, and built in those invisible moments where we choose to keep going, or choose to not lie to ourselves. It’s more than “pushing through”—sometimes it’s just the choice to see things clearly, even when it hurts.
Your reflections reminded me how quick we are to label our limits as truth instead of temporary. And you’re right....there’s a big difference between “I can’t” and “I don’t want to.” That nuance matters.

And I think that this is the problem for many people's resilience - it is done for social media fame and fortune. It isn't real, it is engineered for profit. That isn't resilience.
