Having someone to talk and be open about your feelings etc etc is the best medicine For mental health. If that someone is a professional who can also give mental guidance it’s even better. Hive can definitely be used by someone to write his thoughts, feelings and worries. Writing always helps

I think (since we are social animals), a hybrid approach is necessary, where we spend time with others exploring interaction and our effects on each other, as well as time alone to reflect on our experience and come to terms with who we are in the world.

Then again, we can just sit in front of a screen and think nothing :)
