I think you have at least a definitive grasp of both cultures and could be easier for you to find a middle ground between both. Generally, I noticed the East can be passive or sometimes passively aggressive and certain nuances aren't tackled head on but through the periphery compared to the West, which is quite the opposite. The Eastern way is subtle, indirect with a bit less individuality on the forefront.
I personally focus more on learning this subtle nuances without getting too much attached to them, want to keep some of my western roots in tact since we currently live in an age dominated by the West.
I am happy with the way I blend the two in daily life. Trying to get better at hacking Japanese culture so I can make people more at ease and ready to open up even if it’s against their cultural programming
