I have only had a couple sessions, and it is interesting. It isn't new thoughts or anything much like that, but perhaps it is just the space to spend thinking and talking, without much else going on. These days, time might be an issue for many. Making that space is a luxury.
And yes, meditation would help also - but again, most people will never learn for themselves. The entire world is there to be discovered, but we can only ever focus on and experience a sliver of it.
In Finnish culture is there a negative stigma to seeing a psychologist?
Not so much these days I believe. A lot of people seem to have mental issues here! :D
