I have heard that stress only kills those who think that stress is bad. I have never thought it a negative, even though I still feel stressed at times. I see it as not being good enough, skilled enough, ready enough to deal with what I am facing.

The stress is not going away. It's always going to be there. It is essential to learn to walk with that emotion next to us, so as not to stay paralyzed and move forward, just as it happens to you and also to me.
