I think it was a woman. But I agree with you. It is possible that they can tell something, but how much? It is just for the headline.
However, I do think it is interesting that if a person (Hitler as a common example) is bad, it is okay to pick on their physical traits. But what about all the people put there with the same trait? I thought body shaming was unacceptable?
