For me any over the counter anti-allergy meds completely clear it and no side effects.
I take one all year in "preparation" for the season - but when it starts, it suppresses it, but I still get tired.
I do notice I get more allergy if I am outside,
Me too, but not significantly different.
I have always considered cars silly toys and have always been interested in real estate a lot more.
If the person I knew had spent the money on real estate instead, he would have been a multi-millionaire, and then could afford any car he wanted.
This has not changed with age, but I am getting out of my real estate investments to reposition into a less leveraged state as well as for tax reasons.
Have things changed there?
The main changes are:
Basically 20-30 years ago real estate was a no-brainer investment, now not so much.
