I think you have to see stress in a different way. The same easy task for one is stressful for another. The stressed person can see it as a problem, or a challenge to overcome. Challenge is healthy. It is the same task, abd the same stress though. I think the way we loon at it affects out brain, and the cortisol levels.
like setting a clock on our new microwave that turned out to be super counter intuitive :)
It is probably totally intuitive, for younger people ;P
