Per haps I may be so bold as to suggest love of ourselves, our children, our siblings, our parents...
As was said, "Be the change".
The opposite of Love is not hate, it is fear. All the hate is rooted in fear of loss of something people identify with.
I think these two points are important ones, which help us formulate a plan to imrove our situation. First,
We need to take action individually to stop giving people a reason to fear us. By talking to each other and displaying our humanity.
Second, you point out that the opposite of Love is Fear.
I realize this is not just true, but it is also instructive, as it shows us a way out of our predicament.
Love and hate are such strong words and contrasts.
It is very difficult task to make people love you, when they see you as their enemy. PPerhaps to difficult a task. But fear, that's something else altogether.
We can display to people that we are not dangerous, we can display to people that we are not lod, we are not shouting them down, we are not violent, we are calm, peaceful, non-threatening people.
This is a much easier task.
And their eyes will reveal that there is no reason to fear us, so there is no reason to fear loss.
I like this important distinction, it helps me to formulate a plan, which seems plausible and doable as we like to say in America.
