Fucktard 😂 The perfect word for some people around me who try to convince me on social media that their lives are perfect, even though we know behind the scenes everything is falling apart... and because they never learned how to bounce back when they're down, I don't know how they'll put their fairy tale back together 😂 I'd rather admit that I’ve screwed up a few things in my life than pretend to be something I'm not, and then learn how to do it better next time… What would I write about if life were perfect? 😂

Those people you mention, I don't know them personally but the internet is full of such people. They think they fool others and are certainly fooling themselves into thinking their life is so together and wonderful. Meanwhile, they're doing nothing to make their life wonderful or bring it together in better ways.
