Thanks for the tag and I'm glad you made an entire post with your answers.

This was a lot to take in but one of my favorite posts of yours. Read it over the weekend and again today.

On a future post, could you elborate more on your process and tools for setting SMART goals and your three-hour interval evaluations? Like, how do you decide which goals to set, do you use any special software or analog journal for it, etc.

I used to be good and consistent with setting SMART goals. The best tool for me was the Darren Hardy "Living Your Best Year Ever" planner. Sadly, I've drifted away from that and need to get back to goal setting like I did before.

No worries, I wasn't going to do a post on it to be honest but after you'd mentioned it I thought about it some more and decided there would be no harm in it.

Let me think about it some more and see if I can work my goal setting and three hour interval assessment into the same post and one that offers some value.
