Another five meeting day today featuring thirty-two races, with the action getting us underway with the 2:10pm at Pontefract, Brighton closes out the days action with their final race at 8:30pm.

Rob Wright's winning streak comes to an end whilst, West Country snaps his losing streak and gains a share of top spot once again, giving us two bets to place for today.
Results
Mrs Trump seemed to run well early on, tracking the leaders following a decent jump from the gates. Stayed prominent, and began making heading from around 2f from home when urged on. Seemed to get squeezed and slightly bumped shortly after, and was one-paced and unable to make further in-roads inside the final furlong, ultimately finishing around four lengths behind the winner in fourth place.

Grabbed her second career win last time out over 7f at Carlisle, 13 days ago, partnered by today's jockey. Her first win, back in September, 2022 was over todays trip (6f) and at this course.

A winner over hurdles at her second attempt back in February, in a 2M event at Lingfield, finishing 5 lengths clear of the second. Beaten into 2nd place by 1.25 lengths at the beginning of last month. 2lbs added to her rating by the handicapper after that result, which shouldnt be too troubling for her. Wears cheek pieces once again, and is partnered by Jonjo O'Neill for the ninth time, who has guided her to both her wins and four places from his previous eight rides.
Cheeky Extra Bet
Yesterday's selection Roll With It is still rolling around the track I think, although officially listed as finishing in 11th (and last) place, some 30 plus lengths behind the 3rd placed finisher, and completely blowing up the advised tip.
Renegade must be in shock after that result as he has no selection for today, so we're left to our own devices for the cheeky extra bet.
I've opted for the advice of another tipster I monitor regularly (and provides free tips), and taken his first tip of the day Roar Emotion running at Wolverhampton as an each way punt at odds of 16-1 (when I placed the bet earlier)

Tiffany is a warm favourite in the extended 1m1f handicap at Wolverhampton (2.30), unsurprisingly so having won on her third start here last time despite racing over a trip that seemed likely to prove on the sharp side based on her pedigree. She has an obvious chance but is priced accordingly now, and at much bigger prices it might be worth chancing ROAR EMOTION each-way. Roar Emotion is a big price this morning because he ran no sort of race at Newbury last time; indeed, it’s somewhat surprising that there is neither a post-race report from the jockey nor any explanation asked by the stewards given he was a last-time-out winner who finished tailed off. That said, the run can almost certainly be explained by the fact that he was too keen on the outer, and that his profile is starting to look like one of an all-weather specialist. He shaped better than the bare result when fourth on his second start at Kempton as a two-year-old, denied a clear run in the straight, and it’s worth noting that he had finished tailed off in last place on his previous run at Newbury. He then sprang a surprise when winning at Kempton on his seasonal reappearance, always looking to have matters in control in the final furlong. The progeny of his sire The Last Lion do have a better record on an artificial surface than on turf, and if Roar Emotion bounces back to his Kempton form, he’ll outrun his odds here.
