Yesterday's Recap - 7th December, 2022
Once again no joy with our selection Imperium finishing over 3 lengths behind the winner in 6th place of the 13 runners.
Raced in midfield for most of this 2M trip, moving forward with over two furlongs to race. Pushed on from over one furlong left but found no extra inside the run to the line.

The Brigadier takes over at the top of the leaderboard with an evens favourite winner yesterday. However, the fickleness of racing is to the fore today as he is without a selection following the abandonment of the Warwick meeting, and could drop back down the table as a result. As a result we are staying with Postdata for our bet today (see below).

Today's Bet - 8th December, 2022
A winner over fences for the first time in October at Fakenham, winning by a huge margin. Followed that up with a 4th of 11 in more competitive company (class 4) at Exeter last month. back down in grade for this one.

Cheeky Extra Bet
No extra bet today, although third place tipster Moorestyle has an interesting prospect for a possible each way punt. Vidhaata in the 8.30pm at Chelmsford is currently priced at 7-1, but I'm resisting backing it on this ocassion, with only 4 races under his belt, and the best result so far a third place way back in April this year. Add to that he's wearing cheek pieces for the first time, and making a debut on the Polytrack all weather surface, I think this will be a tough one to win.
