Hello dear HIVE community, after many weeks away, between work and the multiple power cuts, it had been a little difficult for me to write. But here I am, I tell you that the months of February and March were very active in terms of exhibition openings, something that excites me a lot as a visual artist that I am.
Hola querida comunidad HIVE, después de muchas semanas desaparecida, entre el trabajo y los múltiples racionamientos eléctricos, se me había dificultado un poco escribir. Pero aquí estoy, les cuento que los meses de febrero y marzo fueron muy activos en cuanto a la inauguración de exposiciones, cosa que me entusiasma mucho como artista plástico que soy.
The first exhibition I attended is called Paisajes Íntimos (Intimate Landscapes) and it is a group show of the Collection of the Fundación del Gabinete y la Estampa of the city of Valencia, Venezuela, and its purpose is to commemorate its eighteen years of foundation.
La primera exposición a la que asistí se llama Paisajes Íntimos y es una muestra colectiva de la Colección de la Fundación del Gabinete y la Estampa de la ciudad de Valencia, Venezuela y dicha exposición tiene por finalidad conmemorar sus dieciocho años de fundada.
The exhibition is made up of a delicate selection of works by outstanding Venezuelan masters that have been part of the museum's patrimony.
La muestra la conforma una delicada selección de obras de destacados maestros venezolanos que han formado parte del patrimonio del museo.
In this exhibition Intimate Landscapes, the landscape not only seeks to express the beauty and identity of Venezuela, but also offers new sensitive universes that connect with man's inner landscapes, as is the case of the work of masters such as Luisa Richter or Pancho Quilici.
En esta exposición Paisajes íntimos, el paisaje no solamente busca expresar la belleza y la identidad de Venezuela, sino que ofrece nuevos universos sensibles que conectan con paisajes interiores del hombre, como es el caso de la obra de maestros como Luisa Richter o Pancho Quilici.
Venezuelan art has been enriched over the years by the representation of landscape, a theme that has captured the attention of numerous artists and collectors; and the fact is that landscape, as an artistic genre, has allowed artists to capture the beauty of Venezuela and transmit emotions through their works.
El arte venezolano ha sido enriquecido a lo largo de los años por la representación del paisaje, una temática que ha capturado la atención de numerosos artistas y coleccionistas; y es que el paisaje, como género artístico, ha permitido a los artistas plasmar la belleza de Venezuela y transmitir emociones a través de sus obras.
Landscape has been an inexhaustible source of inspiration. These artists have portrayed the geographic diversity of Venezuela, from the majestic Andes Mountains to the exuberant Amazon jungles and the beautiful Caribbean beaches.
El paisaje ha sido una fuente de inspiración inagotable. Estos artistas han retratado la diversidad geográfica de Venezuela, desde las majestuosas montañas de los Andes hasta las exuberantes selvas amazónicas y y las hermosas playas caribeñas.
Landscape in Venezuelan art has not only been a way to represent nature, but also to reflect the country's identity and history. Through various techniques, artists have conveyed the deep connection that exists between human beings and their natural environment. They have captured the essence of the Venezuelan land and have captured in their works the cultural richness and diversity of its people.
El paisaje en el arte venezolano no solo ha sido una forma de representar la naturaleza, sino también de reflejar la identidad y la historia del país. A través de las diversas técnicas, los artistas han transmitido la conexión profunda que existe entre el ser humano y su entorno natural. Han capturado la esencia de la tierra venezolana y han plasmado en sus obras la riqueza cultural y la diversidad de su gente.
A very interesting and inspiring exhibition that I am going to revisit, to take notes and get inspired to start painting again, one of my favorite motifs which is the landscape.
Una muestra muy interesante e inspiradora que voy a revisitar, para tomar apuntes e inspirarme, para empezar nuevamente a pintar, uno de mis motivos preferidos que es el paisaje.
