Great updates to the rental services of peakmonster!!! But I feel is missing one more important feature, that is the possibility to block out or black list some users that are bad actors or used to cancels rents at the last moment of the season. I think it's ready just to check the black list of each user and not allow transactions with those users. I think this could improve the player experience and better contract-etiquette.
