This unique large-scale art piece is located in Place-d'Armes metro station in Montreal's historic borough of Ville-Marie (old town), where I happened to be staying. I wished I knew the story behind it. I looked for information but didn't find anything about it. It gives me the impression of being a forest with the repetitive bold red tree-like structures, but it's true meaning remains unknown.
