I remember certain eagle species were said to be on the verge of extinction and seeing one was magical like seeing a unicorn. Now, we see a few up even in Canada (lots on the west coast) and have many platforms built for them to nest.
Still so great seeing these majestic birds!
it was the same here forever...now that we live about 1 mile away from the marshlands, we see them soar over the house from time to time. I'll take it in today's day and age...
