I am Adracoin, and I am here to start a debate that we cannot ignore:
How does the most disruptive technology of our era, Bitcoin, fit into and connect with a legal system designed for a physical, centralized, but still essential world?
As a law graduate with 25 years of experience and a Bitcoin enthusiast, my background has given me unique expertise for this debate: I have a master's degree in criminal law with postgraduate and diploma courses in various subjects of law, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence.
Bitcoin can be more than just a currency
It is a protocol of truth and constant scarcity that challenges fundamental notions of property, contract, inheritance, obligations, as well as pillars of law such as jurisdiction, time, space, and competence.
I believe that every Bitcoin user or enthusiast can learn from this series of posts on Hive, where we will explore from a legal perspective how Bitcoin is rewriting the rules of the game in the legal, social, economic, and financial fields.
Questions such as:
What is Bitcoin and how does it work?
What is its legal nature?
Is it a commodity, an asset, or simply a currency?
How can an intangible asset be spendable and at the same time change the legal paradigm of money that we have formed over such a long time?
How can a technological product challenge the powerful forces of the state and compete with it to try to impose itself in the world of decentralized finance?
How can you make property an absolute, unconfiscatable, and unexpropriable asset?
These are questions whose answers we will put up for debate.
Today, when the future of law is shaping up to be the use of blockchain technology, I invite you to join me on this journey.
My fundamental objective
Is to provide knowledge that links Bitcoin with law, based on clear and digestible legal analysis on this vital topic.
And to start this debate:

Como Licenciado en Derecho con 25 años de ejercicio y un apasionado de Bitcoin, mi background me ha dotado de una experiencia única para este debate: Master en Derecho penal con postgrados y diplomados en varias materias del Derecho, Marketing Digital e inteligencia artificial.
Bitcoin puede ser no sólo una moneda
Es un protocolo de verdad y escasez constante que desafía las nociones fundamentales de la propiedad, el contrato, la herencia, las obligaciones así como pilares del Derecho tales como la jurisdicción, el tiempo, el espacio, la competencia, la relación y el vínculo jurídicos.

Hoy cuando el futuro del Derecho se perfila a la utilización de la tecnología blockchain, te invito a que te unas a mi en este viaje.
Mi objetivo fundamental
Es proporcionar conocimientos que enlazan a Bitcoin con el Derecho, desde análisis legales claros y digeribles sobre este tema vital.
Y para empezar este debate:
Si tuvieras que asignarle una única categoría legal a Bitcoin, cuál le darías:
