As promised, we continue with our post monitoring the evolution of the HBR token!
HISTORIC
The HBR - Hive Based Real token, where Real is the name of the local fiat currency in Brazil, was launched in June 2023 as the Brazilian community governance token on Hive, our dear @hive-br. The initial distribution took place via airdrop to all HP delegators who supported the project at the time, in a proportional manner.
On July 10, 2023, the first distribution of daily tokens took place. The only way to obtain HBR is through the daily apportionment distributed by the hive-br community account, proportionally to the delegated HP.
From then on, a mechanism for proposing, discussing and approving proposals that could change the direction of the HIVE-BR community was established. The first proposal was created on August 10, 2023 by @crazyphantombr, aiming to create of a Swap-Hive Fund/HBR to maintain an HBR buy order in the hive-engine market.
The proposal was approved with **support from 9 HBR Holders ** that at that time they had 50 HBR out of a total of 130 HBR in circulation. According to governance guidelines, only holders who expressed their opinion are considered in the process, so proposal n# 01 was unanimously approved.
This is why we are here! Part of the approved proposal is the publication of a minimum monthly report on the evolution of the HBR token. The time has come to analyze who has the voting power to decide the direction of the community. Which projects will be supported? How will the community administration behave? Who are the members who can give their opinion on these issues?
The answer is in the HBR token richlist.

For the first time this table is native to Hive, and not an image. The limitation of the 20 largest holders was also applied, as well as a limitation of decimal places. It was decided to maintain the situation on December 31, 2023.
Some considerations:
- The accounts hive-br, hive-br.voter and hive-br.leo are not considered as they are representative of the community and responsible for issuing the token.
- The current share is relative to the ratio between the amount of HBR that the user has and the amount of HBR issued to date (ignoring HBR in hive-br accounts)
We made a point of recording this data for cultural historical purposes.

Hive-Engine Market
Here we have the book of pending orders relating to the HBR token. We see that there is no repurchase order maintained by the hive-br account according to the approved proposal, in the proportion of 0.3 swap-hive for each HBR. It must be implemented when there is cash again.
There was a single movement in the market, just on the last day of the month. It was the only one in several months of follow-up. This represents that holders are not liquidating the token.
In this way, we realize that there is a collective commitment to maintaining the ability to give an opinion on possible new proposals that could change the direction of the community.
We also only had one record of purchases and sales on the market.

According to community guidelines, a proposal needs to go through 3 phases:
Phase 1
Publication of the proposal in the appropriate Discord channel of the hive-br community, where it can be modified at the author's discretion. The author must have a minimum stake of 1 HBR to start discussions. A minimum participation of 10% of Holders must be obtained to enable phase 2;Phase 2
Official publication of the proposal by Hive-br on its blog, where holders must express support or rejection. The decision is taken by a simple majority of valid votes, that is, only those Holders who expressed their opinion in the official publication.Phase 3
Once approved, the proposal begins to be implemented.
In other words, at this stage it is in force, running.
Proposal 8 modifies the value of the HBR purchase order maintained by the hive-br community account on HiveEngine, in order to reduce its value to 0.3 Hive x HBR. The proposal received favorable signals from 6 HBR Holders, totaling 216 HBR in stake. This is higher than the 10% needed to place the proposal in Phase 2, which is linked in the table above. The result of stage 2 was unanimous approval (only one user participated).
These were the main governance movements of the Brazilian community! This reinforces what we have saying that every penny of HBR counts! This is your decision-making power! Keep your HBR to have decision-making power in the community!
Conclusion
The HBR token is the decision-making force for the direction of the community.
From now on, all users holding HBR, the so-called HBR Holders, will be able to manage the community, vote and be voted on. Once approved by the majority of HBR Holders, the proposal will be put into implementation.

HISTÓRICO
O token HBR - Hive Based Real, onde Real é o nome da moeda fiduciária local no Brasil, foi lançado em junho de 2023 como sendo o token de governança da comunidade brasileira na Hive, a nossa querida @hive-br. A distribuição inicial se deu através de airdrop para todos os delegadores de HP que apoiavam o projeto na época, de forma proporcional.
No dia 10 de julho de 2023, a primeira distribuição de tokens diários aconteceu. A única forma de obter HBR é através do rateio diário distribuído pela conta da comunidade hive-br, proporcionalmente ao HP delegado.
A partir de então, foi estabelecido um mecanismo de propositura, discussão e aprovação de propostas que podem modificar os rumos da comunidade HIVE-BR. A primeira proposta foi criada em 10 de agosto de 2023 por @crazyphantombr, visando a criação de um Fundo Swap-Hive / HBR para manutenção de uma ordem de compra de HBR no mercado hive-engine.
A proposta foi aprovada com apoio de 9 HBR Holders que naquele momento dispunham de 50 HBR de um total de 130 HBR em circulação. Conforme as diretrizes de governança, apenas os holders que se manifestaram são considerados no processo, então a proposta n# 01 foi aprovada por unanimidade.
É por isto que estamos aqui! Faz parte da proposta aprovada a publicação de um relatório no mínimo mensal da evolução do token HBR. Chegou a hora de analisarmos quem está com o poder de voto para decidir os rumos da comunidade. Quais projetos serão apoiados? Como irá se comportar a administração da comunidade? Quem são os membros que poderão opinar nestas questões?

Pela primeira vez essa tabela é nativa na Hive, e não uma imagem. Também foi aplicada a limitação dos 20 maiores holders, e também uma limitação das casas decimais. Foi optado por manter a situação em 31 de dezembro de 2023.
Algumas considerações:
- As contas hive-br, hive-br.voter e hive-br.leo não são consideradas pois são representativas da coletividade e responsáveis pela emissão do token.
- O share atual é relativo à razão entre a quantidade de HBR que o usuário possui pela quantidade de HBR emitido até a data (desconsiderado o HBR nas contas da hive-br)
Fizemos questão de registrar estes dados para fins históricos culturais.

Hive-Engine Market
Aqui temos o livro de ordens pendentes relativas ao token HBR. Vemos que não existe uma ordem de recompra mantida pela conta hive-br de acordo com a proposta aprovada, na proporção de 0,3 swap-hive para cada HBR. Ela deve ser implementada quando houver caixa novamente.
Houve uma única movimentação no mercado, justo no último dia do mês. Foi a única em vários meses de acompanhamento. Isso representa que os holders não estão liquidando o token.
Desta forma, percebemos que existe um compromisso coletivo com a manutenção da capacidade de opinar nas eventuais novas propostas que podem mudar os rumos da comunidade.
Também tivemos apenas um registro de compra e venda no mercado.

De acordo com as diretrizes da comunidade, uma proposta precisa passar por 3 fases:
Fase 1
Publicação da proposta no canal adequado do Discord da comunidade hive-br, onde poderá ser modificada a critério do autor. O autor deve ter stake mínimo de 1 HBR para iniciar as discussões. Deverá obter adesão mínima de 10% dos Holders para habilitar a fase 2;Fase 2
Publicação oficial da proposta pela Hive-br em seu blog, onde os holders deverão manifestar apoio ou rejeição. A decisão é tomada pela maioria simples dos votos válidos, ou seja, apenas dos Holders que se manifestaram na publicação oficial.Fase 3
Uma vez aprovada, a proposta passa a ser implantada.
Ou seja, nesta fase ela está em vigor, em execução.
A proposta 8 modifica o valor da ordem de compra de HBR mantida pela conta da comunidade hive-br na HiveEngine, de forma a reduzir o seu valor para 0,3 Hive x HBR. A proposta obteve sinalização favorável de 6 HBR Holders, que totalizam 216 HBR em stake. Isso é superior aos 10% necessários para colocar a proposta em Fase 2, que está linkada na tabela acima. O resultado da etapa 2 foi aprovação por unanimidade (somente um usuário participou).
Essas foram as principais movimentações de governança da comunidade brasileira! Isso reforça o que temos falando que cada centavo de HBR conta! Esse é o seu poder de decisão! Mantenha seu HBR para ter poder decisão na comunidade!
Conclusão
O token HBR é a força de decisão para os rumos da comunidade.
A partir de agora, todos os usuários detentores de HBR, os chamados HBR Holders, poderão atuar na gestão da comunidade, votar e serem votados. Uma vez aprovada pela maioria dos HBR Holders, a proposta será colocada em implantação.
