Sugerida por @crazyphantombr, texto original abaixo conforme escrito pelo usuário no canal de proposta do Discord da Comunidade HiveBR, aprovado por ao menos 10% dos holders:
Reduzir o valor da ordem de recompra de HBR no mercado para 0,30 Hive por HBR.
Justificativa: reduzir a mão estatal na regulação do preço, uma vez que agora temos diversos compradores e vendedores com registro de intenção de compra ou venda.
Como votar?
Utilizando a Prova de Participação. Todos os holders do token HBR podem expressar estar de acordo ou contra a proposta nos comentários, seja através de imagens, texto ou emojis. Tambem é possível sugerir alteração na forma da proposta sem alterar o mérito.
No caso da proposta #08, o mérito consiste em reduzir o valor de recompra do HBR no market.
Prazo
A votação terá a contagem de 7 dias, encerrando às 23:59 (horário de Brasília) do dia 22/02/2023.

Reduce HBR buyback order value in the market to 0.30 Hive per HBR.
Justification: reduce the state's hand in price regulation, since we now have several buyers and sellers with registered intentions to buy or sell.
How to vote?
Using Proof of Participation. All HBR token holders can express their agreement or opposition to the proposal in the comments, whether through images, text or emojis. It is also possible to suggest changes to the form of the proposal without changing the merits.
In the case of proposal #08, the merit consists of reducing the HBR buyback value on the market.
Deadline
Voting will last 7 days, ending at 11:59 pm (Brasília time) on 02/22/2023.
