Having a community is both sides of patience and long suffering. Most people joined for a particular thing and along the way they evolve. It’s just about knowing that everyone won’t be in the knit you are weaving and just make space for others who are interested to hop in.

That's exactly it, some will be with us and others won't, the way is to accept that and work hard with those who are on our side, thus making the community grow, some unfortunately will just take a ride on it all, but that's part of it.
