Hmmm a community court, that doesn't look like the wilderness Aaron. And no it is not but these public courts are a centre point too many urban communities. They provide a place for friends and family to gather, young kids come to play basketball or tennis. Many people cannot afford a car and these urban courts are the best option for them to get outside for some fresh air. These places are important they bring people together, they provide a great place to exercise, they spark the seed of outdoor fun. I think we need more of these spaces in urban environments for those who can't afford the long trek out of the city and into nature. We need to give everyone the chance to experience the outdoors even if it doesn't quite fit our definition of "nature".
