Pepe Le pew was a skunk in a cartoon. The skunks have a sweet face. Peppy is quite small and the only defence they have against predators is the spray. Once they use it, it takes a few days before they can spray again.
That's right use to love his cartoons he was a real ladies man..lol 😂
