The hermit crab of "Potipot Island" (Philippines) called "Umang"

I was amazed with these creatures lurking around our beach tent during our vacation in the beautiful island of Potipot in the Philippines.

There are plenty of them near the beach shores, most of them eats leftover foods so please be cautious don't leave any trash or leftover foods on your beach spots as some food may be harmful to them.

It is also common to Filipino people to pet these cute critters. Even though there are plenty of them it is more beautiful to see them in beach shores rather than in tanks or enclosures.

Good day! I received a notification and confirmed a plagiarism review. As a first time in blogging I was able to learn and avoid plagiarism because of this incident. I immediately removed the part where I copied the info from wiki (my whole intention is to share info in addition to my original post) Already sent an appeal in your discord channel.
