The older I get, the harder it is to do hard labour in the garden! My body hurts for days afterwards. Glad you got some help. This strange weather is worrying. I guess we have to get used to it as the new normal. @riverflows

For me, if I work continuously then I am good, but if I leave and sit idle for few days, then the body tells don't do anything..
