The earth belongs to nobody in particular, and it suffices to say that it belongs to all living things, men and animals alike. Yet the earth remains mostly untended to, leaving it to its fate. Earth has continually tried to maintain balance with the atmosphere, the sun, and even itself. Earth cannot be complete without the mention of man and organisms. Man continues to till the ground, and organisms continually drill and burrow into the earth.
Over time, man has exerted science and technology upon the wearth through studies and research, bringing about conditions such as the drilling of boreholes and the creation of a similar atmosphere to the earth, such as rainfall. Perhaps the saying again in the Holy Book is that God encouraged man to subdue the earth. Man tirelessly continues to research the endless attributes the earth has to offer, thus constantly excavating them, as seen in the mining industry.
Man needs to eat and perhaps feed from the earth, just as seen in crop farming. The drilling of boreholes remains essential in a failed system of water distribution. Man has thus employed unethical means for self-sustenance at the detriment of the preservation of nature.
DOES THE EARTH FIGHT BACK OR FALL APART?
The earth continues to bleed under the conditions man subjects it to. Deforestation is a typical example where man continually and perhaps uncontrollably depletes the trees that help to cool the atmosphere by preventing excessive radiation from the sun to the earth, which is seen as the protection of the ozone layer. The ozone layer, however, remains threatened, and man continues to focus on survival and comfort rather than the preservation of mother nature.
The earth remains bare to the protection of a few individuals, thus the declaration and celebration of Earth Day, which is every 22nd of April, and this has been since 1970. This day is a reminder to humanity to protect the gift of the earth and an encouragement to preserve the nature of the earth.
EARTH CONSERVATION
Reforestation is a typical example of earth protection. Humanity is constantly encouraged to plant trees to replace fallen trees so as to save us from the scorching effects of the sun, which has gradually taken a harsher path recently.
The earth and all living things need to be conserved. Though some animals are extinct, man continually hunts wildlife for fun to kill and perhaps use as a monument.
The government has improved its watch and warnings against poachers by arresting and prosecuting people who deplete wildlife reserves. A more conscious effort and enlightenment need to be circulated to residents on the ecological consequences of depleting Mother Nature with appropriate sanctions.
Earth conservation remains the collective responsibility of all people.

The government need to push more of the law enforcement to help in making people get to play according to the rules
You're absolutely right, earth conservation is a collective responsibility.
Many people cut trees without the plan of planting another, thereby exposing us to the dangers of wind and the scorching sun.
